We are moving back to Port Canaveral this year to check out the newer ship that Royal Caribbean has moved in to replace the Monarch. Compared to the Monarch, the Enchantment is newer, a little larger, much nicer, and has a full deck of balconies at a great rate.

We leave Port Canaveral after lunch on Friday – We spend the day at Nassau on Saturday (if you have been many times, you can stay on the ship and have a great time) – Sunday, we will spend the day at the beach on Royal Caribbean’s Private Island, Coco Cay – and Monday morning we will be back to Port Canaveral and back home in Clermont ~10am.

Your $200 per cabin deposit will allow us to reserve the best available cabin at this time. Final payment will be due the first of January. We can set you up on a payment plan or you can pay the full amount at that time.

Royal Caribbean will add your gratuities to your onboard account. The current rate is $11.65 per person per day. The total tips for a cabin with two passengers will be $93.20.

Most food, all entertainment, and some beverages are included. If you have not cruised before, after paying the cruise & tips, you can only spend money on excursions, soda, drinks, gift shop items, and specialty dinning. You can only use your room card for these items. I have done a three day cruise with only  a $12.50 onboard charge. (that’s not the norm)

The current rate for parking at the Tampa Port is $14 per day per vehicle. At most ports I recomment parking off-site and being shuttled to the port to save more than 50%. (they are $17 0 $20 per day and have great off-site parking) At Tampa, I suggest parking at the port.

 We will be creating a list of people that will be flying from Orlando and staying 6 nights. As long as we have over 10 with the same round trip air schedule, we can create a group air booking. This will allow each person to apply a $100 per seat refundable deposit and pay on the air and land portion until late October. This will also allow you to wait until later to add your travel protection coverage. (Because until October, your payments are refundable)

For those guest that are staying a different amount of days or traveling from a different location, your airfare will be due the day we book it. We suggest adding the travel protection at that time. (Which include cancel for any reason at any time)

We can book the same airfare that you find on sites like Expedia and Orbitz and at the same price. By allowing us to add it to your trip through Ash Travel, you will have a complete package with one set of documents, all in one travel protection, and one number to call if anything goes wrong.

We suggest adding the minimun $100 pp for your room and then saving up and booking the airfare with your next payment.

There are a couple of types of travel protection we sell and will quote on an individual basis. The cruise line’s policy is a good deal for seniors, but I sell an Allianz policy with kids free that is much better for families. There are also “Cancel for any reason” add-ons to cover changes in plans after the final payment date to cover cancelation penalties.
